Auto Pay Form

This authorization is to remain in effect until you notify Boulder Pointe Equestrian and Event Center, LLC of its cancellation by giving written notice 30 days in advance.
All charges will be automatically withdrawn from your bank account between the 20-28th of the prior month.
Prices are subject to change with a 30 day notification before your auto withdraw amount will be updated.
Registering for a subscription requires a 3 month commitment and a 30 day notice before cancellation. In return for this commitment the per lesson price is reduced.
Reschedule Policy / Make-Up - One missed lesson can be made up each month. A make up lesson is available once per month on the same day each month. Fill out the make up request form on the website and you will be scheduled for the next make up lesson.
Vacation/Break Policy - A subscription can be temporarily paused for a duration between 1 and 3 months for a holding fee of 50% the normal monthly rate. This will hold your weekly lesson time slot for your return.
24-hour Cancellation Policy
A 24-hour lesson cancellation policy is going to be enforced. We understand in certain circumstances it is not possible and we will evaluate on a case by case basis. However, each student can make up one lesson a month (those lessons are scheduled for the third Tuesday and third Saturday of each month). To cancel or reschedule a lesson that you know you will miss in advance please let us us know via email as soon as possible. To make up your lesson, fill out the makeup form under the "Forms" tab and submit it.
Barn Holiday Policy - Boulder Pointe will have five holidays on its calendar and be closed for 3 days during the State Fair show (typically Friday - Sunday in mid-August).

- Christmas Day
- Christmas Eve Day
- Easter Sunday

On these days of the year, there will not be lessons and they will not be rescheduled or made up. They will be days for our
horses to rest and recharge, and our instructors to be able to spend the holidays with their families.

We can prorate mid-month for new clients
Every 3rd month in the year has 5 lessons instead of 4. The monthly rate is 4.33 lessons per month.
