    Half Locker - A full locker shared by two people

    Locker Agreement

    1. Lockers are assigned by Boulder Pointe staff.  No one is allowed to move or exchange lockers unless granted permission from Boulder Pointe staff.
    2. Half Locker renters are responsible for sharing their space and keeping their things on their half.
    3. A half locker rental may be given a roommate at any time and without notice.
    4. You may use a lock but the combo must be supplied to Boulder Pointe staff. People who rent half lockers may not use a lock unless both half renters agree.
    6. If approved, renter agrees to complete Boulder Pointe auto-pay form and have monthly rent directly billed.
    7. Boulder Pointe and its staff, owners, and agents shall not be held liable or responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal property placed in or stored in rented lockers. By renting and using this locker, the User acknowledges and agrees that they assume all risks associated with storing their belongings on the premises. Users are strongly advised not to store items of extraordinary value (such as cash, jewelry, or high-value electronics). Use of this locker is entirely at the User's own risk.
