​60' x 180' Heated Indoor Arena

​Wonderful sand footing, treated to keep dust at a minimum and dragged regularly. Arena is fully insulated and heated, fans in ceiling, plenty of light and windows and doors. Full jump course, flower boxes, cavalettis, radio and speaker system, chairs for viewing. Heated viewing area and lounge.

100' x 220' Sand Outdoor Arena

Very quiet and secluded, away from busy roads or noise, the outdoor arena is a perfect place for you to enjoy your time with your horse. Full jump course with a variety of jumps and barrels.

12' x 12' Stalls

Floating wood beam stalls with metal lining, heated barn, grooming and stall area. Windows in every stall,  automatic water fountains, shaving bedding, black 2" rubber  mats, limestone flooring.

Barn Features

Tack room, hooks, saddle racks, feed/storage rooms, plenty of cross ties, speaker/radio system, beautiful wooden walls. Large, open hot and cold wash stall. Anoka Equine Vet very close!  

Beautiful Pastures

Pastures and paddocks with shelter and shade, and automatic water fountains (heated in the winter). Horses are turned out during the day and grassland is managed to ensure pastures stay optimal ​all summer long. 

Peaceful Trails

Picture
Scenic, wooded trails are maintained regularly in the summer and include jumps, tire obstacles, and a galloping track for the more adventurous. More trails, jumps, and a bridge over a stream scheduled for later this summer.
