Desensitizing Clinics
Calm, Cool, and Collected
We will be demonstrating different techniques to desensitize horses to all kinds of environments and situations. It not only improves the trust between horse and rider, it prepares the horse to handle all sorts of unexpected surprises, which are most often out of your control. This is especially important when taking a horse off property and introducing them to new surroundings.
This is a ground work clinic and open to both spectators and participants. It is designed to give students a chance to use their favorite horse to learn trust exercises and overcome crazy obstacles. Students and parents of students are welcome to participate. Each class is 1 1/2 hours long. You may sign up for as many classes as you like, although each class will be similar. Space is limited so register soon!

Saturday, June 2, 2018 4:15pm - 5:45pm
Saturday, June 9, 2018 4:15pm - 5:45pm
Cost: (lesson horses may be used at no additional charge)
Participation: $50 per person, plus $1.75 credit card transaction fee
Viewing Only: $15 per person, plus 55 cent credit card transaction fee
Please note: One person per horse. Limited to 10 participants per class (unlimited viewers). Registration is on a first come, first served basis. A one week cancellation notice is needed to receive a refund. Please register below and then click submit. You'll need to go to the store page where you can select and pay for the appropriate clinic.
